In fact, a surprising number of health and environmental factors may increase your risk of depression.

These include: 

  • Diet and Food problems, such as
    • Poor nutrition, especially too much sugar and processed food
    • Food allergies or intolerances
    • Nutritional deficiencies in diet
    • Improperly balanced vegetarian diet
    • Unhealthy additives in some low-cost dietary supplements
